Throughomes is committed to providing the best care for young people in a safe, stable and nurturing environment where they’ll have the opportunity to develop to their full potential. The homes are for young people aged 8 – 18 with varying level of needs, emotional, behavioural, and learning difficulties. The homes accommodate both genders and focus on promoting their well-being and safety.
Throughomes believe all young people deserve happiness and fulfillment and it is our responsibility to provide these opportunities through supporting and encouraging new life experiences, independence and choice.
MANAGEMENT/STAFF
In providing high-quality service, Throughomes starts with a dedicated and committed management team with the sole aim of making a difference to its employees by empowering and developing them through regular meetings, monthly supervisions, annual appraisal, training and reflective practice. Having trained and skilled staff will ensure we offer a quality service which will bring the best out of our young people.
